The FA Charter Standard 
What is the FA Charter Standard and why should my school / club get involved? The FA Charter Standard Scheme is a core component of The FA Football Development programme. The scheme establishes minimum standards for football development and acts as a quality assurance mechanism recognising well run schools, colleges, clubs and holiday courses. Any child currently in Reception who will be moving up to Year 1 in September 2008 can attend our training sessions as from Tuesday May 6th at the Canberra football pitch, Spa Road, Melksham from 6.00pm - 7.00pm. (please park opposite at Hochitef). We are fully trained FA coaches, CRB Checked and qualified first aiders.
